Glowing Eyes

So I found this idea on Pinterest, and it was too awesome (and easy!) not to try.

Cut some spooky eyes into empty paper towel or toilet paper rolls (I chopped up a long wrapping paper tube), insert glow sticks, and cover ends with duct tape.

Then hide them around the yard for some spooky Halloween decor. Happy haunting!

  3. You did an awesome job cutting those eyes out. I wanted to do this too, but I think that it's going to rain tomorrow night.

    1. We don't have many bushes in our yard, so I might put a couple in the front windows looking outside. That's one way to keep them dry!

  4. This is hilarious. Would I be a bad mom if I made these to scare my daughter? Who am I kidding I can't scare that kid. Great job!

    1. In the original post (look for the link above) she said she printed out some eyes to use as templates. Maybe try searching for "spooky eyes" on Google. I'm sure you'll find something!

  6. Such a fun idea! We're hoping to do some of these and then hide them on the underside of the wagon we'll be pulling (in case the little one gets too tired trick-or-treating) so it'll hopefully look like we've got gremlins hanging out under the wagon.
